DESCRIPTION
The wine has a fresher, earthier and more tannic taste due to the grapes being picked earlier in the season and fermented in full clusters. Blueberry and plum flavours are accented by a hint of vanilla and spice on the finish. Half the wine was matured in oak. Pair this wine with pork dishes or stewed beef.
